1) Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with aminimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from recognized education boards are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility condition for calculating PCM percentage of various state /central boards will be based on marks obtained in Class XII only. 2) Candidate must have appeared in JEE (Mains) 2023.

- Selection Process:
The selection process for Indian Army TES recruitment involves the following stages: - i. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their marks in the 10+2 examination.
- ii. SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which includes various stages such as Intelligence Test, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychological Tests, and Personal Interview.
- iii. Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify the SSB interview are required to undergo a medical examination to assess their medical fitness.
- iv. Merit List: The final merit list is prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the SSB interview and medical examination.
- Type of Commission : On successful completion of 4 years of the course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.
